When I started using AI for my creative work, I was worried it would limit my creativity or create rough designs. But while working on my senior project—designing characters for a trading card game—I found that AI actually boosted my creativity. It helped me combine complicated ideas, create consistent visuals, and focus on storytelling and character development, making my process better.
This gallery shows that journey, highlighting connected characters in a unified world. By using AI, I took my ideas further, adding depth and consistency to my designs. I hope these creations tell an interesting story and show the blend of art and AI innovation. I still need to work to make these designs look the way they do, just in a different way.
These characters artworks still need to get lightly touched up in Photoshop, but this is where I am at in my creative process.
