Drawing
I really enjoyed working with all the drawing mediums in my studio courses like charcoal, colored pencils, graphite, micron pens, and white charcoal. What came as a surprise to me, especially being left-handed, was how much I enjoyed using charcoal specifically for drawing artwork with great detail.
Post graduation this June, I will be working on building out a gallery of both drawings and paintings of subject matters I’ve been interested in exploring! The hardest part of taking these studio courses was that I took them remote during the Covid 19 pandemic so I had to do everything on my dining room table with the resources that were available to me. I am now well equipped with an art studio so that I can create much more with the correct tools.
